Information for Participants

The registration fee for the conference is: 100 EUR (regular participants) and 75 EUR (PhD students).

The fee will be paid in the Air and Water Association bank account.

The conference fee includes:

 the conference documents, the conference proceedings with the full-text papers,

the coffee breaks, the lunch, the official dinner,

and the field trip (transportation, lunch, and entrance tickets to the visited sites).

There are no additional article processing charges,

The submitted papers will be written in English.

If they will be accepted for publication after the blind peer reviewing process,
they will be published in the volume (with ISSN: 2067-743X) dedicated to the conference,
indexed by several databases.

Power Point Presentations and posters will be in English. Oral presentation during the conference may be in English or Romanian.
 

We kindly inform you that one author may participate with maximum two papers
 in the conference and only once he/she may be the first author.

Bachelor and Master students do not have to pay the participation fee,
 if they present their papers in the Students' session
and all coauthors of the presentation are Bachelor and Master students.

Deadlines
 

• December 4, 2016: conference subscribing and submitting the abstract (20 lines);
• December 11, 2016: notification of abstract acceptance and papers format release;
• January 15, 2017: submission of full-text papers;
• February 19, 2017: acceptance notification;
• February 26, 2017: conference fee payment.
 

The aim of the Directory of Open Access Journals is to increase the visibility and ease

of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals

thereby promoting their increased usage and impact.

The articles have free availability on the public internet, permitting any
users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles

Journal's policy of screening for plagiarism:
Plagiarism is strictly forbidden, and by submitting the article for publication the authors agree
that the publishers have the legal right to take appropriate action against the authors,
 if plagiarism or fabricated information is discovered.

The publisher allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions
and to retain publishing rights without restrictions.
