Statement of general data protection

Taking into account the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 / EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), The Air and Water Association, declares the following:

we are aware of the legislative provisions in the field of data protection and we will take all technical and organizational measures necessary to comply with them;
the processing of personal data is necessary for carrying out the activity;
we will not use the personal data we come in contact with for purposes other than the proper conduct of activity;
we will process the data respecting their confidentiality, taking all necessary measures for data security;
we undertake to notify any breach of the security of personal data, within a maximum of 24 hours from the date on which we became aware of its existence and to provide as much information as possible about that incident;
we undertake to provide support in case of a data security breach and to notify the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing about the incident;
we agree that the provisions and measures communicated by the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing are imperative and immediately applicable;
non-compliance with the provisions in force on data protection entails liability for this fact.
