Air and water association
The main aim of the Air and Water Association is to explore concepts, methods, techniques and instruments specific to the hydrological and meteorological communities. The simple aim of the association is to stimulate the scientific common and individual actions of its members and to promote the results of the research activities. The association militates for freely provided specific data and aims to find solutions for a better accessibility for the students and professors to the national hydrological and climatological data basis in order to reach new scientific findings. The association proposes collaborations with other professional and scientific associations, with research and production units, with higher and middle education institutions.
The main objectives of the association are:
- to stimulate individual and collective scientific activity of its members and to promote the research results;
- to facilitate access to specialized data meteorology and hydrology;
- to promote cooperation with other professional associations and scientific research and production units in higher education and education;
- to organize the "Air and Water - environmental components" conference and other scientific meetings;
- to publish scientific achievements of the conference;
- to publish of research results in scientific books and journals;
- to develop, implement and promote scientific projects and programs to support research and teaching in the fields of meteorology and hydrology;
- to get the support of the authorities, economic entities and academic units for different actions initiated and developed by the association.
